opinions on Hayes Rotary?

opinions on Hayes Rotary?

after calling around for a reman motor and other things, hayes rotary seems to be one of the cheapest so far. anyone have any opinions about this shop??

Definitely do not use Hayes unless you live near them and they do "all" the work. That is the only way to be sure that the engine will last 1 year and that they will honor their warranty.

I have a Hayes Street Ported engine and it is running absolutely perfect after 1 yr. and close to 17k miles of driving. I am running 12 psi. of boost and pulled some older Ferrari's easily on the track about a month ago. Jim Lab. and Chuck Westbrook also went with Hayes and they had some very bad experiences with them. I also know of 2 other guys that have a Hayes engine that they are pleased with. It's really up to you. I think KD Rotary is also a good choice. Good luck.
