There are some kind of tab things on the bottom fronts facing towards the center of the back side of the seats. They will break off if you just yank them out. When you start to pull them out and feel it stuck then try to trace where it's stuck and look for the tabs. You may need a screwdriver, can't remember.

Bin removal and Rear ABS sensor replacement
Wow! That was PITA to remove those bins.
In order to remove them you need to do the following:
1. Remove the door sills and the weather strip seal around the doors. (see pic)
2. Remove the side plastic with where the seatbelt comes out of. There are numerous plastic expansion rivets and several metal clips that the piece snaps into on the body. (see pic)
3. Remove the center console around the shifter and loosen the the trans tunnel.
4. Remove the nuts that the bins held down with under the trunk area carpet.
5. Remove the bolts on the tab behind the seats. Note there are metal snap in clips that hold this in closer to the doors. (see pic)
6. At this point you can remove the bins.
7. Under the sound absorbant pad between the bins and the floorpan is where you will find the clip that connect the rear ABS sensor. (see pic)
8. Pop the plastic circle that seals the sensor wire from the outside the car by pushing it down from the inside of the car.
9. Remove the tire and 10 mm bolt holding the sensor near
