Ok to run synthetic oil on FD?
i have been told to, and not to....which one guys??
|
There are lots of debates on this, but everyone seems to think that synthetics are much better. There is lots of controversy about synthetics not burning when injected, but I don't think its an issue....

https://www.rx7club.com/forum/showth...ight=Mobil+one Some info in there from the people at Mobil as well. Good information to have. The general consensus is that you can run it and it wont hurt the 13b. Some have even noted the benefits of cooler engine temps as well... |

You guys are missing the quesiton ... he asked if it's OK to run synthetic on an FD. I personally wouldn't put oil on my car, but I guess it's OK if that's what you want to do.
|
maybe putting oil on your FD can make it even more aerodynamic.
|
hey, if you put oil on the FD then maybe bird poo will just slide right off??

I'm sold

maybe if we pour sythetic oil ON our fds we can see if it leaves the famed residue when it burns in the hot sun!!!!!!!!!! WHO WANTS TO BE THE FIRST TO TRY IT?!?!?!?!?!?
