Odd Boost Issues
 

Ok I have read at least 15 threads relating to boost problems. If this has been covered before than forgive me. Anyways I have a bone stock 94 w/ 61000 on original motor. The motor is still in good shape previous owner was an older man who never ran it hard. That being said. I have full boost primary and secondary in first all the way to redline. In 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th. I only have the primary turbo spooling. It doesnt matter if I push it hard or easy always the same. I was thinking I might have a bad TCA. If i can get full boost in first then i shouldnt have any vaccum line issues, correct?? Any ideas would be apprieciated.
