This is normal right?
 

When I start my car in the morning when its about 65 degrees F or colder I get white smoke coming out of the exhaust until it warms up. Thats ok right?

I also noticed that when I start it up it goes to 3k RPM for a few seconds, I know thats normal. But after those few seconds when it drops back down to normal RPM it backfires with a small puff of black exhaust. Then it goes back to white until it warns up. Thats ok right?

A small amount of white smoke in the AM is normal, especially if it was cold the night before. The puff of black smoke is just a mini-backfire caused by the revs dropping from 3K. I've had some people tell me that any amount of white smoke no matter how long the car was off is bad. That BS, they probably all live in warm climates. However if it goes on for longer than a minute or so you might have problems.

It smokes alot when its really cold outside, 30-50 degrees F, but it always goes away after the car is fully warmed up.

Damn, you still drive your FD when it's that cold out? The colder it is the more condensation that'll form in the exhaust and the more smoke you'll see, so I guess it's normal for you. Just be careful when driving in real cold temps like that. Colder, denser air can cause boost spikes and the tires (at least the performance oriented tires) need to be warm to grip properly.

This happened to me also last winter (first winter i had the FD). But it is very normal. I live in NY so during the fall winter when the temp drops and its cold, u'll see white smoke. It didn;t happen all summer but u will see it again in the winter.
