is this a normal boost pattern?

well i adjusted my BOV tonight cause i felt like i was bleeding off boost way to early...installed my boost gauge and this is what i get... 11-8or9-11...... i also had a spike of 13 really quick.. don't know why but i wasn't even all the way on it... def. a lot more power than before. but i want to be safe and run safe levels...

BOV's don't regulate your boost. A MBC or EBC will do that for you. Your boost pattern looks normal to me. A MBC will help you get rid of that 13lb. spike.

10-8-10/9 is stock

Your boost should never exceed 11, maybe even 12psi on all stock tuning and fuel. Spikes included. It should be 10-8-10. Are you sure you don't have more mods? (Esp. exhaust mods?)

As for being less than WOT, be careful, especially when temps cool down. You can install a MBC on the wastegate line or change out the pill to a larger orifice. Unplugging the wastegate should keep you at 7psi until you decide what to do.
