Is this normal

I went out to my garage today and started my FD after a week of letting it sit. It was about 30 degrees outside and it ran like shit. It was chugging and popping and barely idleing...then I got in it and raise the RPM's for a few seconds and it ran OK for a minute then back to shit.....after a few minutes of running.....it smoothed out. I just wondered if it has happened to anyone else.

Your appex seal may be cracked. Check you exhaust to see if you are rich outta the tail pipe (ie. flame) stuttering also occurs.

When you parked it in the garage a week ago was it still on high idle?? Or was it fully warmed up before you shut it down? Or check to make sure the vacuum hose is attached to the map sensor next to the master cylinder, behind the throttle body.

I didn't just park it in the garage a week ago. It's snowing out so its in the garage for the winter. I just went out and started it to keep it running decent throughout the winter.....and then that shit started.
