first of all try a search..this was a Q last week

I believe it is the turbo pre-control door you are supposed to remove/wire open for non-sequential. You need the wastegate door obviously.

i did a couple of searches buddy, i didnt see anything except rikki's diagram and it didnt really help with this. but i got it from a website. i love the way you tell me to do a search, but you dont know the answer to my question? "first of all" if you dont know the answer dont post your such an asset to the fourm

kento thanx i figured it out thou. im doing the permanant nonsequential so i have to remove the pre control door and actuator. i have the turbos off i also have to port the wastegate for the primary turbo. im thinking of using a drill press with an 1-1/4 titanium drill bit? any opinions? your help is apreciated

I'm not so sure that a drilll press and titanium drill bit will get you the results you want. Using a proper porting tool and bit (with the proper experience) is much better, so you remove only enough metal that is necessary.

proper porting tool and bit? what a dremel? i understand what your saying i just figured that the drill bit would give me a perfect size hole and centered? im in no rush for that right now thou so i will just figure it out when i get to it. im gona have my friend help me? he does shit like that all the time. thanx again.

Not sure what you mean by "perfect size hole and centered". Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I'd figure you're going to have to open up the areas and smooth out some of the bends leading to the door to get more flow, and that requires a porting tool.
