Non-sequential test. Boost problem.

So I want to test my FD with the non-sequential set-up to see how I like it. I want it to be reversible so no cutting or welding is going to be performed. I have done a lot of searching to understand the non-sequential set-up before doing anything.

Current engine mods before non-sequential attempt:
Vacuum simplification performed
Emissions delete (Banzai block-off plates)
PFC
Downpipe
BNR Stage III's
Street Port by Fighters Garage
Greddy Profec B Spec II Boost Controller (Set at 10 psi)

So here is what I did for my temp, poor-mans, non-sequential:
-Disconnected and capped pressure and vac sources for solenoids (except for the FPR).
-Disconnected TCA arm and wired door open.
-Removed vac line from CRV (Stays closed now).
-Removed both pressure lines from CCA (Door stays open now by internal spring pressure).
-Wastegate and Turbo pre-control actuators untouched and both controlled by boost controller.
-Air bypass valve and vac line left untouched.

Now, took the car for a test drive and started WOT at 2000rpm. I have 0 psi up to 3500rpm. After that, the boost increases in a linear fashon with rpms to a whopping 5psi at 6500rpm. Something is wrong. According to what I have read, I should achieve 10 psi by 3000rpm.

Appreciate any help with this.

If i remember the crv can leak when it just unplugged, so remove it completely and cap the hole and retest.

Good luck!

Eric
