no start problem
 

to start bought a 93 auto with a locked up motor I rebuild the motor put it in and and the starter would not engage. ran a jumper wire in the starter cut off relay and it started but my speed o was going up to 60 and back to 0 and the hold light was flashinng .I let it run fans never cut on so i had to kill it dont no if they all work together.so i left and came back and put the key in hach to disarm the alarm and i tried to start it and did turn over so i thought it was fixed but then it would not turn over .did not no if i just am not working the alarm right or the CPU2 is bad
