Question no sparks!!! help please

i recently check my plugs if it got sparks cause i couldnt started it. No spark at all none on all four. So i replaced the ignition coil and wire pluse the plugs but still the same. My igniter is still good. I think some how i'm not gettin power to the ignition coil. Where can i look if the wires is wrong or no ground? Cause it just cranks and cranks but wont fire up. So if someone here know wats wrong wit it please HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Check your fuses. What gen is it. If it is a third gen, look at some of your main fuse's by the battery, sometimes its difficult to tell that they are blown by visually looking. Otherwise give a few more details, if you do not have a check engine light on, it's got to be a break in a link somewhere, again more than likely a fuse or even a bad battery connection. Even though your battery turns over you still need a good connection to get a good solid spark.

I think our cars have power transistors. It gives the car spark. My brother's Z had one go out and we couldn't get it started for over a month. We changed the transistor and now drives great. I think our transistors are located by the cruise control unit. It's a flat box with wire through it on both sides

its a third gen. and somehow there no sparks to the plugs at all. I took all the ignition coil, wires, igniter, and new plugs to put in my friend third gen. and it started his fine. All i could think is the power some how is not goin through. I even check the main relay , curcit relay too. Everthing is workin fine but just that there not power. Im goin to check my ecu to see if the wire to the igniter is ok. I think that could be it. If someone here know wat else i should check please post it. Thanks alot

Check the ETG?? fuse (sorta by the main relay, not real sure of the name) right next to the battery. I initially checked all of my fuses and could not find anything wrong with mine. I went and did the same diagnositics you are but everything checked out fine. Went back with a fine tip comb and found that it was a fuse all along. If your not getting any sort of spark on any four of your plugs, probability would tell me it's more than likly a fuse or even maybe your ECU. If your buddy has a third gen. see if you can swap ECU's with him.... I hope this helps.

Check your CAS's, if they are bad, even one I think, your injectors will not work and you ignition system will not work.(No spark) Try getting error codes.

I thought it was mine ecu, so i went out and bought a PFC and that doesnt help either. I went through all my fuse and replace it wit my friend and its still the same. I dont know wat up wit this. Hey RedTT where is the transistor? I even took the wires that run the power to the plugs out (unplug it) and it sound the same so i know its not gettin power. I still couldnt figure out wat wrong cause i check everythings that connects to make the plugs spark (except the transistor, I'll check tomorrow hoppfully thats the case). If all fell there always the dealer. So please help me!!!!!!!

I did a search and the power transistor does exist in a 3rd gen. That is your problems. I know it is. Just change it and see what happens. Get your friends and just try it. If it works you owe me big time I think it is located where the cruise control unit is at. It is about .75" thick and is squared. It is black and has 2 plugs in it.
