new turbos and the 2nd one is not boosting properly

I put my new turbos in a week or so ago and a couple days ago, I put in a needle/bleeder valve in the wastegate control line...I think thats the right line...its the one where you are supposed to install a boost controller. (I was overboosting like crazy before about 15-20 psi...of course not WOT...as I was testing it) now I get hardly any transition to the second turbo...if at all it happens around 5k rpm and then drops to about 5 or 6 psi and fluctuates between 5 and 6 (and the car gets kind of jerky...but im not even close to fuel cut??). I checked all the lines to make sure they were connected right and they appear to be...is it possible that I did not bolt them in correctly? or what??

my mods are:
Intake, downpipe, and cat-back. Have PFC but waiting on my tuner so I dont blow my car up...

Thanks for any advice,
Sean

Double check your install and your vacume lines.

Yeah did you ever fix that problem??

Because my FD is having that same problem too!!

The first boost will boost from 12lbs to 13lbs and then when it hit 4k to 5k rpm boost will drops to 5 or even 3 lbs and fluctuate between there???

I was wandering did you ever fix that problem??

Any answer will help thanks!!!

if you have new turbos and they were perfect when you installed them I bet it is a vacuum hose. Or possibly a bad solenoid
