New start problem?
 

I searched but found nothing talking about what I am seeing. When i go to start my car, I hear nothing, but the cd player restarts everytime i turn the key to start. Im not sure if that is tied to the solution or not though. Brand new battery, clean terminals. All other threads were almost identical but they said nothing about power resetting or anything.
