New CEL code....what to do now?

I started up my car today coming home from a movie, and I noticed the wonderful CEL light illuminated for the first time since I replaced the water thermosensor. I pulled the code a couple of minutes ago, and it showed up as a code 11, air intake thermosensor. So, what do I do now? Where is this sensor located, do I have to replace it, what does it control, and how much will it cost me? Any pics of the sensor's location would be appreciated. Thanks guys for any help you can lend.

This suckS I attached an image to this to show you where, and it won't show up!

Anyway, the sensor is under the UIM, accessed from the backside. The button for the connector is towards the front of the engine, so it's a PITA! You have to push the button while pulling downward and toward the back of the engine, which means wrapping the finger around the front of the connector whilst doing this. It's actually easier to pull the UIM. The sensor looks like the water temp thermosensor you replaced. It controls the fuel map for the injectors based on the temp, combined with the MAP sensor, rpm, throttle sensor, and so on.
