new BOV, do I now get rid of my stock one??

I have a new aftermarket BOV being plumbed,
do I need to now run the vacume ine from the UIM to this? and if so does that mean I now can get rid of my stock BOV ( the one from the side of the primary turbo) and plug the hole?

Yes, you can get rid of your stock BOV. You can run your vacuum line for you new one to the same place your stock line was connected. Where are you plumbing the new one? Make sure your spring rate on your new BOV is soft enough. If it is adjustable via turning the base, you will probably want it as soft as it will go. That way your turbo's won't beat themselves up with compression surge. If it comes with extra washers for adjustablity you probably should not add any of them. If you are not able to reach full boost after this. Then can adjust your spring rate a little bit, until you can reach full boost. Hope this helps.

when you replace the bov with an aftermarket one you always replace the primary bov right?

Yes

If you're running sequential, then don't get rid of the CRV. Just remove the BOV. They look the same, but the BOV is closest to the airbox and the CRV is closest to the turbos.
