New boost problem

SInce I bought the car my boost pattern has been 10-8-(sometimes 5 sometimes none at all)

But I realised that I only get zero boost after 4500 if I shift hard at redline, does that point to any specific solenoid?

i have the same problem, try the check valves, they are most likely the culprit if you have a vacuum tester, that could help as well when testing them

I would definetly check the check valves with a vacuum pump.
Make sure they will hold 20 in hg for at least one minute.
The other common cause of your secondary boost problem is
one or both of the turbo control solenoids. The pressure side turbo
control solenoid is located 3rd from the front on the rack and the vacuum side
turbo control solenoid is located on the inside of the air control valve. One of the
problems is that even if these solenoids pass the test that is in the manual they
can still cause a problem. Check out this write up by autoxer.
