need sensor help

what sensor is on the drivers side above the spark plug. mine as broken when i bought it and would like to get a new one.

There are three sensors near and above the plugs.

Above the #1 rotor trailing plug is the knock sensor.

Near the #2 trailng plug are the oil sending unit and water temp gauge sender.
