Need to repair one of the "crimped" connector/plug going into the ECU.
 

OK I've been trying to figure out the lean readings on my A/F meter and finally figured out 3 problems. First my Autometer gauge is broken. It doesn't respond to the voltages correctly (it takes almost 4V for it to light up in the rich area).

Second there is defniitely somthing wrong with the stock wire going from the O2 sensor to the ECU. Voltages varied greatly when I hooked up a voltmeter to the wire, anywhere from (-.984V to +.368V) while driving (and yes I'm sure I'm not reading the wires shielding). Wired up a new wire (no shielding, but I plan on inuslating it) straight off the O2 sensor and it read normally (+.064 to +.974) while driving.

Lastly and possibly most importantly, in futz-ing with the above, I managed to cut the O2 sensor wire going into the plug so short that there was no possiblity to "reconnect" the new wire I ran from the O2 sensor to the wire coming out of the plug. So after about 3 hours of trial and error, I was finally able to get the actual crimped connector (the tiny copper connector, has what appears to be a square cross section connector to go into the plug, a crimped middle section which is where the O2sensor wire is connected, and a larger rectagular section where the wire exist - on the 16 pin "plug" that plugs into the ECU). Unforunately, my removal efforts damaged the connector so badly that there's no way that I could reuse it (although the plug is still usable). Does anybody know if this can be repaired and if so how and what parts do I need? I'd even be willing to get a new plug and solder the 16 wires... What are my options?

I found out that the plug/connector is pretty common and used on a bunch of Japanese cars made during the 90s. AMP/Tyco is the manufacturer, but I've been unable to find out what the part number is and whether or not I can pick one up at the dealership (they're checking). Does anybody know what the part number is and where I can get one?
