Need a little help please
 

Well after getting my engine rebuilt and having the car for about 3-4 days my car has developed a very small coolant leak somewhere by my turbo's. I found this out the other day when I saw white smoke coming from my enfi y-pipe area. Now the leak is not huge to where it leaves puddles of coolant underneath my car , it doesn't even leave drips of coolant on the ground. The car does not over heat nor run funny, the car actually runs strong and just fine.

Now I have already done a coolant pressure leak test yesterday and found no leak coming out of no where but then again the test system I was using was not doing a very good job at all. I will be doing this test again most likely this weekend, going to rent one from autozone and leave the test on my car for about 2hrs to see if any coolant collects somewhere in my engine bay.

Now last night I pulled off my airbox and y-pipe and crossover to get a better look into the area. When looking around by the coolant hard feed line I saw that it was moist from coolant but not soaked. I then tried looking around to see where the leak could be dripping onto the coolant line but had no luck at all finding the leak. It is so hard to find this leak because once it drips it evaporates giving me no chance to see where exactly the drip is coming from. The leak is dripping right onto my turbo's causing white smoke to rise out of my engine bay.

I was wondering if anyone would know of any other place of where my leak could be? It's very annoying having this leak and seeing white smoke come out of my engine bay when I pop the hood. The leak is not huge at all, what places should I check to see where this leak could be coming from? Any pictures would help me very much so. Thanks everyone in advance if you do help.

Its gotta be one of the turbo coolant hard lines,,,or connections,,,,im sure thats the only water system pipes that are near the turbo,,,,,maybe the connection to the turbo wants some thread sealing compund,
undoo it and apply thread sealer and retighten,,,

be very careful driving it! the coolant can ignite and cause fire. and im with tiger18.

I have dealt with this on multiple occasions. It is the clamps on the little coolant lines, going to the turbos. Just put worm style clamps on all the ends of those two hoses. That should fix you right up.

However, I do know it smokes a whole bunch :D

If they are brittle, I recommend changing them while you're at it.. (the lines that is)

You'll need to remove the airbox, airpump, intake pipes, y and crossover pipe to get to them, but you'll be happy you did it. I'd say ~2 hours will get it done.. taking your time and being cautious. :)

Well tonight I got home and took out my air box, hoses, and air pump and started to look around didnt find any leak residue or anything BUT I did run my finger around for awhile to see if I would get some residue on my finger and I sure did! (attached is the picture of the object) I ran my finger underneath this and my finger was all wet would this be the oil feed line/fitting? And how would I be able to correct the leak? Some sort of compound sealer?

Yes, your pic is of the oil supply line for the turbos.

I would check the banjo bolts for the coolant lines, where they enter the turbo. Just make sure they are tight. If that doesn't work, you might have to replace the crush washers.
