need info on the fuel delivery system

Hey.. Im starting to think about up grading my fuel system. I have a warbul 255 pump in the box but would like some ideas on injectors. I know that there was a big debate in the 1300cc injectors. Pointers would be great. I have a PFC so the ECU is good.. What I really need to know is more about the fuel delivery.. Do I have to install a larger ID fuel line. I would like to be heading toward the 300-350 WHP area. I have 2002 280 hp turbos and RE V mount intercooler

Stock lines will flow plenty for that power.

Your only option is bored out secondaries (1200-1300cc), unless you want to put it back to stock for emissions testing, which would be a real pain in the ass.

You can easily hit 350 rwhp with 1200cc secondaries (more reliable than 1300cc) with a conservative duty cycle.

would the 550cc still work for the primaries or should I go with something bigger.. Also what info would I need to get the correct 1200cc's? who to buy them from

Yes, the stock 550cc primaries will be fine. RC-engineering has a lot of experience boring out FD secondary injectors.

You either send them your stock 850cc secondary injectors to clean/bore out or you buy new 850cc injectors and have them bore them out. There are no OEM 1200-1300cc injectors that will fit the stock secondary rail.

Hmm I have a old set of 850cc.. but I may just go buy new ones if they sent me back the ones I send them

I'll call RC and ask.

Rynbern your near where I live.. like to meet up sometime and show me your FD?

Well, they clean up and recondition your old injectors, but I wouldn't blame you for wanting new ones.

Sure, there are quite a few of us in the area. Since the weather is starting to not suck as bad, maybe there will be a local meet soon. Otherwise you can just drop by after I get home from work. PM me.
