Need help in installing Pettit Unlimited Ecu

Hi guys, I just purchased the Pettit Unlimited Ecu for my car. I am new to this and I want to know how to install this aftermarket ecu into my car. Can someone show me a site or give me a good step by step run down with pictures guiding me on how to install this computer into my car? and what I have to do when the computer is installed, thanks, I would really much appreciate it . I dont want to fuck this up so please give me the best step by step guide. I need to know how to remove the stock ecu aswell and all that other stuff that goes with installing the aftermarket ecu's

well I am glad you got an ecu in all but it is pretty easy just take the old one out and put a new one in! that is it get a 10mm and go for it:)

just unbolt the stock ecu from its obvious anchor points and remove the sometimes stubborn connectors; reverse the steps when u put the pettit ecu in. pretty simple.

How much and where did u get your ecu from?

In cloverdale?

Before you go at it with a wrench:
1. disconnect the cable from your negative battery terminal
2. step on the brake pedal for a few seconds

Then go at the ECU with a wrench.

Be careful disconnecting the harness from the ECU. It's tough to reach back there, and the plugs have locks. Resist the urge to pull on the wires instead of the plugs.
