need help about diff.

My car is a ´94 R1 twin turbo and I´m looking for a differential, found one but it´s of a cosmo car. ( JDM MAZDA RX7 13B-T2 93- COMPLET REAR DIFFERENTIAL )Will it fit mine? What is cosmo? had it less power or what?? :uh:
