need electrical help
 

need help if anybody has any tips let me know i had a short from the harness under passenger wheel being exposed from rubbing on tire , cause harness fell down to wheel level the wires went bare made a short burned out the ecu and a few a few wires the ecu has been replaced and the wires that were burned as-well but the car still wont work the car starts but as soon as it starts it dies even if you try to give it gas . the only lead i have is a brown relay that is located with 3 other blue relays which are for the electric radiator fan i believe , i don't know what the brown relay is exactly for but i looks a bit burned but unsure and its 140$ so before i invest the money into the relay i want to be sure, if any body has this relay for cheap that would really help as-well, but if anybody knows what's going on i would really appreciate their knowledge thank you very much.
