Is there some some sort of intervention system kicking in? The reason he stopped is because he slammed on the brakes when he got to the 180° mark. I would guess the reason you stopped at that point. Your reason, assuming you aren't pushing down the brake, is that you aren't letting the rear tires get enough traction. You can't just push the pedal down and hope for the best. You have to allow the rear tires some traction so the front tires (turned as far as they can go) can move forward a bit and turn the rest of the car. Try doing the donut and when you slow down, let off the throttle just a little. You should get the side ways motion again as soon as the rear tires get a whee bit of traction. |
