My first boost problem! Help?
 

This is my first boost problem since I got my car a year ago. WOW!

Well, here is the problem. If I accelerate from a stop using about 50% throttle then I floor it at around 3.5-4K RPM; then I only get .4 bar (~6 PSI) of boost for the rest of 1st gear and all of 2nd gear. I won't hit my full 12 PSI until 3.5-4k RPM in 3rd gear.

If I start from a stop using 100% throttle everything works just fine. Perfect 12-10-12 boost pattern and no spikes.

Any ideas on whats wrong?
