Mounting gauges in the Glove box?

I am trying to find out if anyone sells or can fabricate a mount for two-three gauges to fit professionally in the glove box of a 1994 RX-7. Yes, I'm talking show car quality:nod:!
Yes I’ve searched but most threads end up going with the airbag or center speaker mount solution.
I only have one visible gauge (boost) mounted on the steering wheel pod, so please no comments about mounting them anywhere besides in the glove box out of sight.

I don't think there are any shop-made gauge panels for the glove box. Probably wouldn't be too hard to fabricate with a sheet of plastic or carbon fiber.

Also, mounting them all the way over there is pretty useless, you won't be able to read them. The only gauges you really need on a street car are boost, water temp, and maybe a wideband. May also want to think about some sort of slim digital gauge to put in the radio pocket - you can close the door in the pocket to hide them but they're much closer to line of sight.

Thanks Dale,

I want to mount a wideband and water temp in the glove box because I don't need to look at them every five minutes. I have zero fabrication skills which is why I'm asking if anyone has the ability to fab one up or has already done it.

I know you're joking because people have been doing that for years IMO it is not seen much because it does require some skills. At least that is why I have never attempted doing that. As I don't really feel like experimenting on my panels if you know what I mean. Of all the people that I have seen do similar mods my favorite one was this one guy that took apart his power FC commander and seperated the screen from the buttons. In the climate controls panel he had the screen, next to the shifter he placed the buttons. And IIRC he also relocted his climate controls. The end result was quite nice.

Honestly dude I don't know of anyone that manufactures something like that for a glovebox. It is my understanding that it is all custom made. You could just go to a soundsystem place that does custom subwoofers they should wip you up something really nice.

HKS used to make a pod, at least they did for the FC. I had one on my old FC. Maybe try searching the net.

Damn you got me :) Yeah i do believe seeing that one. Its not hard to make anything, just depends on how much time you put into it, you can do this glovebox gauge thing easily, it looks just like a box that fits into the contours of the glovebox and however many holes for the gauges, then arc them alittle bit. simple and would almost never be looked at during driving.
