i love my MOO sound...sounds like a V8 actually...or like that DRAGON comin out..or a freakin DEMON..thats what my friends call the noise. lol!!:D

i have the BLITZ intake. the sound scares the hell out of peeps too, should see them when i floor it while they are crossin the street...lol!:eek: :p:

I don't have the stock airbox anywhere near me to figure this out myself so I'm going to ask for confirmation here:

-what the hell does it go to??? Does the airpump have 2 hoses-one functioning as an intake the other (this one) as a bypass to the cat?
-someone mentioned you can put a chunk of metal in the hose to restrict flow. Does anyone know if this will adversely affect the operation of the airpump(if it in fact is connected to it) and subsequently the cat?

There are TWO AIR system hoses connected to the stock AIRBOX one is the intake for the AIRPUMP it is connected near the bottom right corner of the top half of the airbox - It draws air through a foam filter mounted in the airbox - the other one is the BYPASS AIR exhaust that vents excess air from the pump - It is conected to a sealed "muffler" chamber built into the top of the airbox that vents through a hose out the side of the airbox and down to "NOWHERE" next to the intercooler.
