I was thinking of buying a 94 touring model and was wondering how simple it was to do some r2 conversions to it, such as the dual oil coolers and ventilated brakes.

Upgrading to R2 specs is very simple and worthwhile.
I have done all of the R2 upgrades.
Remember to add a strut tower bar to you list as well.
I also thought the Touring suspension rode real bad because it oscilated too much due to soft shocks. So add a set of adjustable shocks to your list as well.

Parts are expensive ($1100+) but worth it.
If you are real lucky you can find all these parts used from an R1/R2 owner who is upgrading to larger aftermarket oil coolers.

Here are the parts you need to add the cooling ducts for the front brakes.

Front Air Dam: FD03-51-9H0
Left Brake Duct: FD03-43-64XE
Right Brake Duct: FD03-43-64XF

Cost for these 3 items was $300 something.

thanks for posting, will ventilating the brakes increase the longevity of the pads? also would the dual oil coolers lower under hood temp much? Or should i get the new hoses and down pipe first.

The brake ducts wont do that much for pad life.
Under hard driving they might reduce fade a little bit.

I'd say new hoses and DP should be first.
The DP reduces underhood temps by an amazing ammount.

Oil Cooler can wait awhile.
However, the harder you drive the more it is needed.

Also remember a boost guage is mandatory ASAP.

get the downpipe nomatter what

it replaces the pre-cat,
and you dont want to chance that pre-cat popping your engine.
