i want to bid on type RB in japan and dont know what modification is it. i realy need to know this. the car is 95. I found russian catalog for JDM cars and it doesnt have 95 type RB. it says there is only 96 type RB and 95 has Type R bathurst. somebody please clarify this to me |

RB's didn't come out until the 99 onwards. They are the base model for the Series 8 so if its a 95 your bidding on its definitely NOT an RB.
Only major difference over the RS/RZ/Spirit R models over all others is their differential which is a 4.33. I've been for a drive in an RZ and you do feel a huge difference in take off simply due to this differential. Added to that these models have larger front brake calipers and the rotors being 314mm instead of the standard 294mm. |
Thanks guys. I guess RB for 95 model stands for Type R Bathurst, there is no other way it is RB.
