Low Boost After Vac. Hose Replacement

Hi guys,
I recently did the vacuum hose replacement and now I'm only boosting at about 8 psi.
The engine has the stock sequential turbo set up with no mods. I have retraced all hoses and the 2 restrictors were put back during the hose job. I seem to be gettind a constant 8-6-8 boost pattern that is accompanied by a high pitched air noise (just like an air horn that you'd hear at a football game) that steadily builds then evens out at full boost.
I know this is pretty vague but I'm learning as I go.
As always, I really appreciate your help.

did you put the jet in vacume line off of turbo?

Sounds like one of the vacuum hoses is disconnected at one end, or split and leaking. If it controls the turbos, that could be your problem. Also, look under the UIM with a flashlight and see if any of the hoses have been squashed by the Accelerated Warmup valve body.

Make sure you don't have the hoses going to the wastegate and precontrol solenoids crossed up. Also make sure you have the electrical plugs to these two solenoids correct.

I started digging in and found a small leak in the Y-Pipe coupler.
I re-assembled it a little differently, test drove, and it's back to normal.

Thanks for the info. For once an easy fix, I always expect much worse.
