how much money do you have?.... ;)

vette_freak04 03-09-04 10:26 AM

I am looking to spend around 14K.

BoostCrzy 03-09-04 10:31 AM

nevermind....go look in the for sale section....you should be able to get a better idea of what these cars are selling for....of course the price is different for certain locations.....but for the most part 14k is on the skinny side for a nice FD.....

dont believe what anybody says about "good condition" until you see the vehicle in person and get it inspected. just a little advice.

Go ahead and purchase one of these "good condition" FDs for under $14k. I give it six months before you've had to put $5k into it for repairing all the shit that's wrong with it.

You are 17, about to turn 18, and going into the armed forces. Get another car.

vette_freak04 03-09-04 10:54 AM

I am 18 and not going to get the car for a little while I just wanted to shop around. I don't believe anything anyone says until I see the car. But see for only like 14K I can start puting some mods into it.

i searched for a year before i even FOUND a nice FD for under 18k.....and by nice i dont just mean everything works...i mean NICE....i must have looked at 20-30 FD's in a 300 mile radius of where i live...and they were all in "good" condition and "well maintained" according to their mid 20's racer-boy owners.....well....i held out..knowing the research and dedication i put into searching would pay off.....and finally,i found my car...
