Looking for pics of Wael El-dasher's CYM FD..

Does anyone have pictures of Wael El-dasher's old car?

I'm wanting to see his interior mainly... well his stereo system.

PM fritz I think he ended up parting it out. he may have some pics

phinsn98 11-06-09 06:17 PM

How anyone could have parted that car out is beyond me.

I'm not the sentimental type so I won't have any pics.

As for parting the car out I think most everyone would understand the car was worth twice as much in parts.

Bummer I thought you would have had a few pics of parts from the sale

phinsn98 11-07-09 03:19 PM

I have a few pics of the car inside and out but unfortunately I won't be able to post them until next week. Wael's website is archived with a certain company...if you look for archived sites you can find his site. Also Ramy had some pictures posted on the forum from the door panels and interior.

Fritz I can respect the value in the car but it had to be one of the cleanest, originally put together CYMs I have ever seen. He did things that I still have not seen replicated at that level of looks or quality.

I used to have a bunch of pics from when it was at KDR yearssss ago, but I can't find them on either computer :(

Dang that sucks! I used to have some pics also.. I couldn't find any.

Phil, IIRC they were Macintosh (sp?) audio components.

Deals Gap Rotary Rally 11-07-09 08:11 PM

Rich, I actually have his McIntosh components, but can't recall how it all looked.. I had his sub and amp in my blk FD 6 years ago.. But can't remember his dash set up.

Here is a picture of my set up back when..

It was all cool, thanks for taking some time.

Here's a post of the Wael's door panels and the car itself. If you're interested in who did the interior work the name of the company and contact information are posted I believe by DCLIN.

Hope that helps

You are terrible Fritz. Sorta like a drug dealer, you are sellin' what people want to buy but it just ain't right!

str8ryd 11-15-09 01:35 PM

Anyone know who owns those panels now? I wish I had the opportunity to purchase that whole interior.
