2-3 days priority mail or I can overnight it if you need it sooner. FYI 2 wheel pros takes a bit.

Its £24 and it seems like it uses injector style fitting will find out Its from a newer version the guy recomended me that part after i told him what it was for They can get it next day ill try it see how it is i got a triumph dealer local to me Thanks for you help guys ill post my info once i pit it in thanks |
I've used the IRPerformance sensor now for a few years of daily driving.
I remember precisely the date I installed it, because that was coincidentally the same day Paul Walker died, so nearly 2 years of use. Its been a great addition to the car and I would buy another again in a heartbeat. I do notice a small positive difference. It screwed right into the UIM and plugged into the harness and has been great. |

You will need to verify it has the same or similar temp vs voltage curve as the factory if using the factory ecu.
Some do not have the same voltage curve, and can trick the ECU into thinking the temp is much different than it actually is, and this throws things out of whack. Simply buying a sensor because it screws in, or looks similar does not guarantee the information it gives the ECU is in the right language or format... People on this forum have compared sensors and the voltage/temp curves and determined that the particular Triumph sensor like IRPerformance sells, is the best fit for the FD in terms of accurate temp reporting based on voltage. So buying one based on physical looks and similarity is not a very good idea.:icon_tup: |

Why are you going thru the trouble and adding a bung? I thought you wanted it to fit the stick hole.

This is when i thort ether move stock sensor or get another sensor alltogether ive paid for the stock fitment one above mentioned just waiting on it to be deliverd if i ever get it |
Little update:
I just bought the Triumph sensor from 2wheelpros...and even though they have a photo on their website of the closed type sensor...I received an open type. So I returned it and might go with IRP and get the closed type. So If you're after the closed type, don't order from 2wheelpros! |
