Basically, it's useless unless you track the car.

Cusco also makes an oil catch can, which I'm looking to purchase. I just don't know which fitting to get 9mm or 15mm. Actually, which one will work better for an FD?

i was also wondering which one would be better 9mm or 15mm i see rx7.com sells both for the same price? any difference really? or no?

The only difference is the size. The larger the can, the more oil it can hold before you'll need to drain it.

anyone have any links or pics of it installed and how they routed it?

Did you check the link I posted a few messages back? It contains this link:

http://reganrotaryracing.tripod.com/catch.htm

as well as a world full of information on how effective the cans are...

GOTBANNED? 12-12-04 08:56 PM

shot sorry i thought i clicked on that link..thanks

ok so one pipe goes to the oil filler neck right? now where does does the other one go to? i would jus like to know before i order mine when i get my fd hopefully next week. thanks.

Gargamel 12-12-04 09:03 PM

why buy one? I just use a empty beer can and a vacuum hose.

rotoboy661 12-12-04 09:07 PM

^^

whats the purpose of one???

im a noob sorry

Gargamel 12-12-04 09:08 PM

Also, it doesn't only happen on hard turns. Mine happens going straight. I have excessive blowby. I'd say that I have a weakening seals, causing extra pressure build up.

specrtd 12-12-04 09:09 PM

I'm also curios of what would be better or more suitable for the FD. the 9mm or 15mm? some reasons would be great as well.

specrtd 12-12-04 09:10 PM

woops....nevermind

it works just as good as your name brand catch cans.

R-magic 12-12-04 09:55 PM

Just use the 9mm. It fits better on the oil filler neck nipple.

ErnieT 12-12-04 10:08 PM

the_glass_man 12-12-04 10:38 PM
