LIM and turbos removed, what should I do while they're off?

I removed them because I upgraded my turbos to full non - seq and suspected an exhaust leak in my LIM gasket which there wasnt.
I'm just wonderng if theres anything I should do while i've got them off like maybe clean the exhaust ports up? clean all the surfaces? if so , what should I clean them with?

also - how important is it to get the tightening torque of the bolts adzactly right on the LIM and the Turbos and exhaust manifold? I dont have a torque wrench so I'm a bit worried I'm gonna guesstimate the tightening ( very tight but not overtight) only to have to remove a whole heap of crap cos I didnt do one bolt or nut up tight enough

port your wastegate.

I already did that, I was meaning the surfaces on the side of the engine where the LIM and exhaust manifold meet the block.

You converted your turbos to non-sequential, not upgraded. Non-sequential is not an upgrade.

Dance the funky chicken cause that's a bitch of a job to remove all that stuff.

You really need to beg, borrow or steal a torque wrench. It's not how tight you get the nuts, it's how uniform the torque is. By feel alone you will over torque them .

I guaranty you will pull a stud from the motor (or strip one of them). The torque is critical.

You think you have an exhaust/intake leak now? Wait till you hand tighten that nut & the stud pulls free (with all the threads full of metal)....................

get everything ceramic coated including the LIM...Help lower the temps in your engine bay :)
