LUPE 12-29-05 04:32 PM

I saw your driving down 255 today. Looked nice........

mega 12-29-05 04:33 PM

Hey man, is your front lip painted black or is it just really glossy looking? It looks sweet! And are the side skirts the painted or unpainted fiberglass ones? or are they CF? They don't look nearly as glossy as the front lip.
I was in on that GB that Chuck had, I got the CF skirts, they're awesome, but I just haven't put them on yet.

I like your tinted lenses too, looking good!

purerx7 12-29-05 04:54 PM

Looks killer, not a fan of the hood though. How many screws on each side did you use for those feed sideskirts, i have to put mine on this weekend. I was guessing six per side just not sure what kind to get though.

YoshiFD3S 12-29-05 05:38 PM

Looks good to me. I'd like to call that, motivation.

+1

MakoRacing 12-29-05 06:01 PM

Nice car, gotta love those side skirts! I agree with purerx7 on the hood but w/e, to each his own! keep up the good work :bigthumb:

trini 12-29-05 06:21 PM

What he said. It's tastefully done, not over done.

Thanks man. I was going to Ron's shop :)

I fixed that wideband thing for him. No more problems with the cable.

the front lip is actually molded where it connects and it's painted gloss black. The sides are fiberglass unpainted. I need to get some money to have it painted to match the lip.

that looks badass man, when did you get it? what's with the stickers? hehe

Bodyshop 01-01-06 12:54 PM

I like the hood, Looks better than a lot of the other vented hoods. Looks similar to the hood on the TRD wide body Supras.

crxturboh22 01-01-06 01:23 PM

Only Got one Q.. by the way looks NICE... +2. :).. i have a fMIC also but not on the car yet.. every one saying that the Temp Goes up a little.... cuz it blocks the radiator.. wasup.. is ur temp still normal like it was before??? Thanks

Nice work on your car! The vent pattern does remind me of what I've seen on a couple supras. Here's my hood, which follows the pattern of the bracing...

Rufio 01-01-06 03:33 PM

looks good man expect get rid of the hood...it looks liek the TRD hood which in turn makes it seem like u want to be a supra!!!

audiobot7 01-01-06 03:57 PM

looks clean, love the FMIC.

I'm not trying to look like anybody... everybody has it's own taste and opinion.

I like it.

Well, i set the fans on the datalogit to come around 91C. I can hear when the fans kick on and the temps are getting up there a little faster then before, but it's not a problem.

I can live with it.

Madmax670 01-01-06 11:22 PM

IMO, the holes in the hood kinda screw up the body lines, real nice otherwise though! :bigthumb:

Scoot.

My favorite hood.

With the right body-styling, it's gotta be the best-looking hood for FD's in my opinion. It does a great job of retaining the stock round body lines of the FD, and even adds some curvature in itself, that's what I like about it so much physically...and even beyond the way it looks, it's extremely effective.

I disagree, I think its one of the worst looking aftermarket hood for an FD, but thats just my opinion.

ihavetwins 01-02-06 02:53 AM
