Koni Yellows

I was wondering what settings everyone is running on their Koni Yellows. It seems there is a lot of info on settings for GAB Super-R's but nothing on yellow Koni's.

Make sure you say whether you are using single adjustable or dual adjustable Koni's. Oh and yes I did a search and I also posted this in the suspension forum, but I only had one reply.

hehe...it was my response. I'll post it here too for feedback.

On the street I run them two notches from full soft in front and 1 notch from full soft in rear.

On the track (only once with these) I ran them one notch from full hard in front and 2 notches from full hard in rear.

For the street, works well for me. Got some adjusting to do on the track though.

I have single adjustable yellows and run 550lb front and 400lb rear springs.

Come on guys you are telling me no one has an opinion on this.

I run mine full soft. Ride is greatly improved from my oem shocks, and I no longer scrape the fender liner when taking a turn with a bump near my house

Finally another reply. Someone at this website:

http://www.scuderiaciriani.com/rx7/suspension.html#AME

Said that "On my RX-7 the best setup for SOLO II is full soft compression front and rear, full hard rebound front and rear. My lap times are slower with any other settings." This is obviously for dual adjustable shocks.

Does anyone else use these settings? I'm primarily intersted in single adjustable koni's, but some day I may get them made to be dual adjustable.

two notches off stiff front and rear for street, full stiff for auto cross. Admittedly I have not had that much time with these on the autocross yet. Although the move to full stiff gave me 1.5 seconds on a 30 second lap. 400lb all the way around.

I know that a lot of people are running these shocks right now. Why aren't there very many people responding? I do appreciate the responses I have gotten so far from sirjury, rallimike, and xchaos.

Okay so it seems that full soft for compression (single adjustable shocks) are what people are going with. Does anyone know if the single adjustable shocks are full hard rebound by default (before becoming dual adjust shocks)? Thanks.
