Kind of an odd question. (Radio related--not bose)

I have a '93 R1 which didn't come with a radio (previous owner took it out). Looking to get one now. However I don't seem to have any "brackets" (metal or otherwise) on the side that would hold the radio in there. Does anyone have any pictures without a radio in there? I'd like to see what exactly holds the unit in there. Thanks.

Also, if a bracket is necessary, if anyone is selling one, lemme know. Thanks.

There are no "brackets" to hold the radio in place. When you buy a radio it will come with a cage that you can secure into the dash so your radio will be secure.
