did you use zip tie or add any kind of sealeant those hoses? Im thinking that one of your hoses poped off when you ran to 9psi.
another thing i can think of is to check your hose leading to your ypipe. Im pretty sure its one of your hoses. I think you need to double check your work. i know it sucks but its pretty common since there are so many hoses that you are dealing with.

You probably just popped one off as stated above but also check to see if any got crimped when you put the uim on.

Wastegate-B/W and L/W
Precontrol -B/W and L/Y

this happened to me after the hose job - the first pull was fine but after that I get 0-0-11

My car is still on the rack since I really have no clue as to where to check. Since then I've pulled the UIM, ACV, all checked all the hoses, I still can't put her back together since I having really fixed anything yet....

Speaking of the WG and PC solenoids, the plug w/ the white dot goes to the solenoid on the right right (looking from the front)? And what happens if you switched them?

It is either those connectors or a mixed up line. I found some pics of the blue connector you were having problems with....

The reason being is the 93 has a vacuum controled EGR and the ECU doesn't look at it. Where the 94 has an electicly controled EGR and looks for feed back from it.
You dont need to hook up that plug... I have a 94 so that is why mine was hooked up to the egr.

I don't know about the dot thing. My WG/PC connectors were identical, so I labeled them with some masking tape just like in the picture above this post (that's my hose job, BTW ). Anywegs, if you swap the connectors, what will happen is your wastegate will open early and you will get almost no pre-spool. This will cause you to get a consistant 5-7lbs of boost.

It sounds like mazda/feed blew something loose before the throttle body (I'm assuming your idle hasn't changed). Open your hood and warm up the car. Give the throttle cable a good tug and see if you can pinpoint where the blowing sound is coming from.

God I am glad I am totally non-seq now, lol. Anyways, to add a little help to your situation, check your y-pipe coupler also check the rubber intercooler hoses, I have had them split on me and resulting boost wasnt pleasant. Other than that I would say check your work and make sure to zip-tie every line, TIGHTLY!!!!!
