JDM vs USDM Eccentric hub/pulley boss different?

Hey guys, I'm running into a bit of a surprising issue. I've got an email out to Full Function Engineering about this but I'm now realizing it's not a problem with their product. I'm reassembling the engine on my series 6 JDM 1995 FD and noticing that the front hub pins are too wide to fit through the holes in my FFE trigger wheel. They are also too big to fit through the holes of a Banzai Racing eccentric pulley. Has anyone else come across this issue? Did the JDM cars just come with a different hub? I'm attaching some photos that will illustrate the issue.

basically every FD has the same pulley, N3C1-11-400, the 92-93 cars came with a different bolt, and no lock tab thing, so they got a different number, but its the same otherwise

also the engine itself is not different between markets, (just a/t vs m/t), the differences are just the EGR and AWS that is added for the US and EU.

Thanks for chiming in. On the FFE website the image of their trigger wheel does not show the little locking pins like mine has. So the answer still eludes me about what I should do about it. It seems like an expensive solution to buy a new factory pulley so that I can pull the hub off it, and would it even be different than the one I have?

every FD has the locking pins, one of the little things that makes it better. the prior cars have 2-3 degrees of slop in the pulley, which is bad when you're trying to have accurate ignition...

Just an update. I was able to grind down the pins a little bit with a dremel tool and it was enough to clear the trigger wheel and the Banzai pulley. I’m still not clear as to why this was happening, but at least I got it working.
