Interested in Buying a Rx-7
 

Hello, this is my first time on this board and I was wondering if you guys could help me with some answers to some of my questions about the 3rd gen rx-7... I am looking for one to use as a daily driver. What do I need to look for when im buying one? I have heard many horror stories about thier reliability and having to rebuild engines at 30-40k miles, is this true or is only if you beat the crap out of it? What is the highest milege I should look for without really having to worry about it? And lastly do you guys all agree with me when I think it is the most bad-ass car out there as far as looks, handling and speed? :D Any other advice or personal statements about this car would be greatly appriciated

These will give you much of the info you need, although I think some of the reliability mods are paranoid and go too far.

BTW....you didn't exactly choose the best sign for an RX-7 forum. Some of the forum members are more hostile than others. :evilgrin:

Im sure I can deal with hostile people, there are none more hostile than the clubsi board.... Trust me!
