intake issue

I need som ehelp with a problem on my 93. I am trying to track down a air leak somewhere on the intake (or so i believe). I am pressurizing the system to find the leak. I have sealed one intake and sealed the other with a pressure tester.
First I found it leaking air through the dipstick (pressurizing the crankcase), so I removed the PCV valve believing that to be the problem. But, it's still leaking air through the dipstick tube. I don't know where to look to try and track this down.

So, I thought I would try and isolate this a little further. So, I blocked the intake off right after the Y pipe, right before the intercooler. It still leaks! This is making me crazy.
Any thoughts on where this thing can be leaking?

Why do you think you have an air leak? A normal intake system will pull air from the easiest source. Since that is true, your intake system is most likely pulling air in properly, from the intake. The problem leak will occur after the turbos pressurize the system (boost leak).

Perhaps you have a vacuum leak???

Actually, I do think I have an vacuum leak. So I pressurized the complete system to see if I could find it. I have the primary intake plugged and a pressure tester on the secondary intake.
I have it narrowed down to the primary intake, I think.
I also get a mooing sound and air release out of the charge relief (?) valve when I reach 4 lbs of pressure on the system.
