Installing HI-6. Couple quick questions.

I've pretty much have the unit installed and everything. Only thing that i'm wondering about is the little blue wire. Where does it go? Also, I was wondering how to turn on/off the multi spark mode?

Are there any advantages of having a mulit spark setup?

Thanks guys, CJ

Blue wire is to 12v (switched, ignition) I am pretty sure, & my 2 Units are set to 0 & 0 on the wheels, this is multi spark with no rev limit I think, just went out in the car park for a look :)

When I get home I will check the manual for wheel setting options and double check the blue wire config.

I set mine to multispark, it does uses less fuel and runs better "feels better" in this mode, however it is very hard on plugs ! I have yet to try it in single strike mode for a long duration to see if this helps reduce the leading plug wear...... May have to give it a go with a new set of plugs and see.

Are you using the LX92 coils? or the std coil, I have one Hi6 and one LX92 per leading plug, so there is a bit of energy "melting" my plugs :D

I'm using the standard FD coils as of this moment. Thanks for the help, CJ
