Installed New radiator. now I'm running hot?
I just finished the install on a new Haste radiator. The car is running hot now. there are no leaks that I can see and I've checked all the radiator hoses. Anyone have any suggestions? I'm running a Greddy FMIC, intakes, filters and cat back.

I hate doing that cause it takes a long time to do right but it beats having to rebuild due to blown coolant seals! |
no I didn't change my thermostat. Where would I find the proper bleeding procedure for the engine coolant?
|
Are you running the same mix of water/coolant as before? That will make a much bigger difference than the size of the radiator. Also if you having burped/bled the system extremely thoroughly then what you are experiencing is to be expected. Let the car warm up and then shut it off. Once it has cooled down add more coolant/water. Repeat until coolant level doesnt drop once car is cool.

when you say sealing the radiator off to stop air from bypassing the radiator do you mean on the sides of the radiator? do you have an example of this?
