Injector sizing for 370-400whp

Does anyone know if 4x 1000cc (2 primary & 2 secondary) injectors such as the ID1050x will be enough for 370-400whp at 15ish psi? I will be running the EFR 8374 with the RP supra fuel pump (supposedly 290lph when wired properly) and Radium fuel rails. I'm sure this has been covered numerous times but I tried searching and couldn't find anything specific.

4x 1050's should be good to around 425whp. If you have not bought them yet, consider going up one step on the secondary's, this way you could be safe turning up the boost and keeping under 80% duty cycles. At some point that supra denso pump will become the restriction.

I have not bought them yet, I was thinking about getting the ID1050x primaries and ID1300x secondaries to stay lower in the duty cycle but I wasn't sure if the extra cost and possibly more difficult tuning is worth it. Would it be easier to tune with 4 of the same injector size vs 2 smaller and 2 larger?

Any competent tuner will have no trouble tuning with larger secondaries. If your tuner shies away from having larger secondary injectors then don't let them touch your map since they're probably way out of their depth.

What ecu?

That makes sense, I wasn't sure if it makes a big difference in tuning. I have the Elite 1500

with the 1000s primaries it does in certain ecus

I wouldnt do 4x1000s. depending on the injector you choose i would go with around 700s primaries and probably 1700s secondary( NOT the ev1 1680 injectors) . This also gives you room for more power if you later decide to upgrade

Injector dynamics does not seem to offer the 700cc nor the 850cc injectors so I will probably go with ID1050 primary and ID1700 secondary and still have some room in case I want to go e85 and would only have to upgrade the fuel pump. Are there any other quality injector options?

I offer a lot more sizes if you are not set on ID injectors. Personally I would do 750/2000 so you have room to grow in the future. There will be no downsides with a Haltech. https://www.irperformance.com/produc...7/fuel-system/

Yeah. No reason not to get 2000s on the secondaries if you are already buying new ones.

I am running 550/2200 injectors. My setup is an S363sxe at 14.5 psi. That combination is plenty for the boost that I am running and the stock primaries make tuning idle & cruising easier.

I definitely want to get rid of the stock primary side feed rail and fpd so I will definitely get aftermarket primaries. Gonna have to decide between FIC and ID. Thanks for your input everyone.
