Injector questions - just got PFC

Hi all! First off I searched and still have some questions...

So, I have a R1 motor from Japan in my FD (bought a low mi front clip), I've done tons of stuff to this car (getting all the info from this site). My car runs good with the Redom (RE) computer, but I've been doin more and more mods, so I broke down and bought a PFC and Datalogit. Now for my questions:

1) -- How can I tell what injectors are in my car?
I'm guessing I will have to remove the UIM again, and pull them out to check.. correct? What do I look for? The connectors do look stock.
--- What would be the cheaper, but good stock fitting type injectors to go with? 4-850's? (I later want to get the CJ motorsports kit)

2) -- How can I tell if my car is ported, and what port it is?
From going to car shows and stuff, other people and I also think it may be ported, since it sounds different from other non-ported FD's. (almost lumpyish up and down type of idle). and I installed a ACT clutch and flywheel and the motor was rebuilt (the main motor bolts were all marked with numbers).
--- Must I remove the LIM and check the ports some how?

3) Must I remove all resistors I added to "fool" the computer? If not, would it be best to?

My mods: AEM wideband gauge, 99 spec twins (seq.) ported wastegate, 99 spec Y-pipe, ARC box w/new filters, ARC IC, RE IC ducts, ACT stage 2 clutch and ACT Lite flywheel, HKS DP, no cat, 3" all the way to Apexi can. Koyo Rad, Alum. AST. Did vac. hose job. Removed-> air pump, Dbl. throttle, ACV. & (Its JDM, so no other B.S.) .....other stuff I'm forgetting.

FYI, I do ALL work to all of my cars. Paint, Body, Electrical, Mechanical, Swaps, etc. I love rotary motors, if I didn't I would just put the LS1 or the LT1 I have sitting for my other project cars into this FD.

Thanks a lot for your input guys!!!!!
This forum is the best thing on the net.. without it there would be a lot less awesome ass FD's around.

ight one by one here we go

1. well you cant really with out taking them out of the rails but if the rails are stock then there are a couple of possibilities. 1.550cc primaries and 850cc secondaries. 2.850cc primaries and secondaries(this i highly doubt because it would idle like shit with the remdom ecu). so my bet is with the stock 550s and 850s.

2. This is kind of a hard thing to do if the motor is not apart, but if you did take the LIM off and looked that wouldnt do you much good because the person who did it may have not ported it correctly and left that area untouched. if it has any type of lump to the idle and you are 100 percent that you have no vacuum leaks then theres a good possibility that it is ported.

3. as for the resistors throw em out because you dont need them anymore because you wont have a check engine light anymore(unless you wire one up to the exhaust overheat light) and the pfc doesnt care if there just unplugged.
hope this helps.

Chances are with a chipped ecu, you will have stock injectors. Stock 550 primaries will be purple or brownish if they are really old. 2ndary 850s are red. Safest thing is to pull the injectors out and send them out to be flowtested. Even if they appear to be the stock injectors, they might have been enlarged. Usually they will be stamped if they are enlarged but that is not always the case. I have even come across a pair of 550 primaries that looked stock, but someone enlarged to 1200s.

If you want more fuel for the time being, the cheapest solution is to mill down the primary rail to accept a set of stock 850s.
