If it's not one thing...
It's always another. I did an oil change today and the car's wanting to stall most of the time I depress the clutch. Idle's also fairly lumpy at times, though it's been that way for a while, however sometimes it's fine as well. I turned the A/C off to vary the load and it didn't do it, but I only tried that for a little while as it was pretty hot today. It only does it once it's in gear, whether from a stop or a roll, and always starts right back up after it stalls out. Sometimes it doesn't completely stall out, it just dips down VERY low. I'm thinking maybe TPS or clutch switch? Just looking for some more ideas until I can try out those two tomorrow.

MAP sensor.

What, make sure it's plugged in?

You might have knocked the line to it loose while changing the oil filter...

Ok, does anyone have a page number? I don't know where the map sensor is, but I couldn't find anything about it when I searched through the shop manual.

It's right above the oil filter, between the elbow and the firewall. It's labeled boost sensor. Black plastic, the size of a matchbox.

Oh, yeah, I checked that and it's still together. TPS and clutch switch tomorrow then.

there is a filter inline with that hose as well. I have knocked the hose off the filter side before, and didnt notice it right away. Talk about that "sinking feeling". I thought for sure my engine had it.......

On a trip to wally world, figured out it only does it with the A/C on. With it off, I can rev the car and depress the clutch, the needle drops, dips down a bit to 800rpm or so, then recovers to 1k.

This is still going on, and I think I'm going to stay up and go get a volt meter early this morning, but does anyone have any idea what the problem might be?
