Identify this actuator?
 
This image is from Rob Robinette's EGR FAQ. I was just wondering what the actuator at the far left middle is?

That's the charge control actuator. The Y-pipe is unbolted from the turbos, and the front half of the Y-pipe is removed, so it's angled weird. Looks like he unbolted it and shoved it over to the side to keep from undoing the vacuum lines. That pipe is pointing up, should be pointing towards the front of the car.

Ahh, thanks for the insight. I was looking at this pic and couldn't figure out for the life of me what this thing was because it was standing up not lying on its side!
