Your message is very hard to understand which makes it hard for people to help you. It is hard to know what is wrong from your description, and the fact that you took such little care (no punctuation, ALL CAPS, poor spelling, lousy description) in presenting your issue is a real turn-off to people that might otherwise be helpful. Here's a tip that is true for all things in life: you will get more help if you make it easy for people to help you, and if you demonstrate some effort on your part to find a solution. Otherwise, people will just make fun of you. Don't get mad -- you deserve it for this thread.
But you get a second chance. We know something is wrong with your brakes. Is your parking brake stuck? Does the lever go down but it seems like the rear brakes are still engaged? Have you driven the car at all since the problem occurred? Did you get smoke from the rear brakes? Did it feel like they were dragging? If you have come to some conclusion that there is a problem with your brakes, describe how you came to that conclusion. Here's an example (which may or may not match your experience):
My car has been sitting with the parking brake engaged for about 6 weeks. Recently, I went to drive the car, but there seemed to be a problem. I released the parking brake and there was less tension pulling the lever down than I remember. And then when I tried to drive the car, it was hard to get it moving and it would slow down really fast if I let off the power. It feels like the rear brakes are dragging. Has this ever happened to anyone else, and what did you do to fix it?
