I can't find the thermoswitch

Anyone with the picture of the location of it? I looked at the FC thermoswitch stickie with the pictures but I still can't find it. My buddy has an FC n/a with the engine already pulled out and I looked at it thinking it would be near where you service the coolant but I don't see it. Anyone have a good picture of the location? I'm getting the thermoswitch for free and I want to take advantage.

Right behind the coolant filler neck there are two sensors that look similar. The lower one is the thermoswitch. You'll need to remove the pressure tank and alternator to get to it, IIRC. (Maybe also the air pump). Be careful, the wiring there is especially baked by the turbo's heat.

That's where I looked. I see the green connector sensor, but where the thermoswitch is supposed to be looks to be a black hose not looking like the picture in the fc thermoswitch stickie. Does the thermoswitch vary on fc's or are they the same on all fc's. Like I said the engine itself is already pulled out with the alternator out of the way.

IIRC, DaleClark's thread specified the 89-91 FC thermoswitch.
And you don't have to remove the airpump, just loosen it inorder to remove the alternator belt.
